I can wholeheartedly and deeply empathise with you because I have personally experienced firsthand how debilitating women’s health imbalances can become. I battled with PMDD for many years and it honestly nearly ruined me, destructing almost every area of my life. It was utterly debilitating and I couldn’t continue living like that indefinitely. Overtime, through dedicated research and profound personal healing, I pulled myself out from my despair.

Now as a qualified naturopath, I’ve dedicated myself to helping other women reclaim their lives. I’ve delved deeply into understanding the complexities of hormonal health and various women’s health conditions including PMDD, PMS, PCOS, Endometriosis, Irregular cycles, perimenopause & menopause. By combining traditional naturopathic medicine, personal experience, spiritual and emotional support, scientific research and clinical expertise, it is my mission to help women transform and reclaim their lives.

My passion for gut health runs deep and I am confident in supporting my clients in their journey to improve gut health and restore balance. Witnessing my client’s painful and uncomfortable digestive symptoms improve by addressing the underlying root cause never ceases to amaze me. Naturopathic philosophy teaches that ‘all disease begins in the gut.’ Therefore, assessing and addressing gut health is foundational in my practice. Whether the presenting complaint be digestive disorders, mental health, skin health, hormone imbalances or immune related conditions, gut health is always the forefront of investigation for health. The connection between the gut and the immune system is extensive, the gut significantly effects the immune system and vice versa. Therefore, supporting gut health can have a profound impact on immune health. 

 

In my clinic, I utilise comprehensive stool testing to acquire necessary information in order to formulate personalised treatment plans and prescriptions.
