Please keep in mind that herbal and nutritional prescriptions are not included in the consult fee and will vary in price depending on the individual case. If you have any financial limitations, Rose will always be considerate and will ensure treatment prescriptions align with your current financial status.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things come up and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We value our clients time and in return, welcome your mutual respect for ours, along with our clients. We do however require a minimum of 24 hours notice, which enables us to allocate the time to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hrs notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in a charge of a percentage of the consultation fee and for non prepaid appointments, you will be invoiced. For prepaid consultations, provided you give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, we will provide a full refund of the fees paid or the option to reschedule. We appreciate your consideration of our time and will express the same consideration for yours.

Appointment Changes

You may reschedule consultations up to 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment by emailing or calling Rose. If Rose cannot attend an appointment due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified as soon as possible. The client will be given the option to reschedule their appointment or receive a full refund.
